BirthAlmanac sets no cookies of its own

Not one. There is no session, no login and no visitor identifier, so there is nothing for a cookie to hold.

What is stored on your device

Nothing at all. No cookie, nothing in local storage or session storage, no database in the browser, no service worker. There is no table to print here because there is no entry to put in it.

Local storage is not a cookie, but the rules that cover cookies in the United Kingdom and the European Union cover it too: both are information stored on your own equipment. Those rules turn on whether anything is stored, and here nothing is, so the question of consent never arises.

Light and dark follow your system setting. The browser reports that as the page is drawn and the site never records it, so nothing is kept between visits and nothing needs to be.

The date calculator does not use storage either. It reads today's date from your device's clock and your time zone from your browser's settings, and on a day the sun changed sign it offers a time-of-birth field and a list of time zones taken from your browser. All of that, and whatever you type or choose, is worked out inside the page and never written anywhere, on your device or off it: nothing is sent, stored or logged, and no cookie or storage is used, so your choices are not remembered on your next visit. The only exceptions are the ones you ask for: Copy link puts a link carrying your date on your clipboard, and Save as a picture saves an image file to your device. Neither is anything this site reads back. The birthday comparison, the tarot draw, the card search and the birth-card tool keep nothing either.

Advertising cookies

No adverts run on this site, so no advertising cookie is set by anyone. An application to Google AdSense has not yet been made. If that changes, this page will describe it before it does.

Website statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It is cookieless by design: it sets nothing on your device, stores no identifier, and cannot follow you to another site. There is nothing to opt out of and nothing to clear.

How to clear site data anyway

There is nothing of ours to clear, but you may want to check that for yourself, or clear what another site has left. The settings are in the same place either way.

• Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies, then See all site data and permissions. Search for this site and delete its data.
• Edge: Settings, then Privacy, search, and services, then Cookies, then See all cookies and site data. Search for this site and delete its data.
• Safari on a Mac: Safari, then Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data. Find this site and remove it.
• Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data, then Manage Data. Search for this site and remove it.

You can also block storage for this site entirely. Everything here still works exactly as it does now, because nothing here uses it.
